I should be in bed right now. I have to be up early for work.. but instead, I'm waiting on a sweet potato pie. My wonderful fiance doesn't really like to bake but he LOVES sweet potato pie. I'm not a huge fan so it's not a dish that I frequently make. Actually it's not a dish that I EVER make so if he wants it, he's on his own. Every year he has high hopes that my taste buds have changed and I will have developed a love for sweet potatoes. Hence the reason I'm waiting for this pie. I guess we'll find out in about 30 minutes! If it turns out to be heavenly, I'll post the recipe tomorrow. Once I've finished my taste/piece of pie, I'm going to bed!
